Shipping Policy

Yes - we ship Worldwide!

Somerfield Beauty is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.

Most orders placed Monday to Friday will be sent the next business day. Somèrfield Beauty accepts orders within the United States of America (USA) and also internationally (international shipping is subject to change without prior notice). Most orders within the USA are sent within 1-2 business days. Some delays could be experienced with shipment which we hold no liability for.


Once handed over to shipping companies Somèrfield Beauty is not liable for orders taking longer than expected to be delivered. You will be provided with tracking and shipment company details, and are encouraged to contact them directly if you have any questions about your delivery. 

To ensure product quality, we ensure all products are sent sealed – fresh, unused and unopened. Once your parcel has been posted, the following can be used as a general guide on how long delivery may take. 

Orders within USA:

   Regular Post – 3 to 7 business days for most cities (this will depend on where you’re located and if you’re in a remote area it could take longer).

International orders (outside of USA)

   Registered International – 5 to 30 business days

   Express Post International – 3 to 7 business days

Somèrfield Beauty will email you when your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number to track the progress of your order.  If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to be delivered, we are happy to send your order again once notified, however, we charge $9.95 to resend orders if there is an error with the address provided.

Returns Policy

Somèrfield Beauty offer a satisfaction guarantee on all products.  If you are not happy for any reason with the results from your treatment please email and provide us with the reason for your dissatisfaction within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Any unused product and unopened product will need to be returned to Somerfield Beauty in original condition, at your cost and we charge a $20 restocking and administration fee. Once the product has been returned to us and we are satisfied of the return condition we will then process your return.

If you change your mind after placing an order

If you change your mind and request a cancellation of your order and your order has already been processed and sent you are liable for the following costs:

  • Shipping of your item which was already paid
  • Returning the goods to Somerfield Beauty (as noted above)
  • Restocking and administration fee of $20
